Registration remains
open for boys that did not make their high school teams. These
players will not be assessed a late fee.
Registration for all other
divisions is now closed.
How Online Registration Works
Returning families can click the link below to
access their player account from last season. Once logged in you can
add or remove players, update contact information, or proceed with
registration.
New Keystone families will set up an account the first time they
login to this registration website. The username and password you
create will allow you to update your personal information throughout
the year, as well as speed up the registration process in future
seasons. After creating your account you can add contact information
for a second adult.
Special Note for Prospective Managers (Head Coaches),
Coaches, and Team Parents
If you want to volunteer as a manager (head coach), assistant coach,
or team parent for a team you must be listed as an adult on your
account (up to two adults can be listed on each account). Once
listed you will register in one of these roles for the division of
your choice by clicking on the register button next to your name.
Even though only manager/coach text is shown on some pages you will
still be able to register as a team parent on a subsequent page. You
may volunteer for manager/coach roles on multiple teams by clicking
the register button again after completing one registration.
Your name will show up on the checkout page as a registered manager,
coach, or team parent but there will be no additional charge.
Paying Online
During online registration checkout you will be directed to send the
following to Keystone Little League:
• Your registration payment if you choose to pay by check.
• Your $100 volunteer deposit check post-dated for July 1, 2010.
• A copy of a birth certificate if your child is a new player.
• A volunteer background check form if you have volunteered as a
manager, assistant coach, or team parent (details are below).
Mailing Address:
Keystone Little League
P.O. Box 34124
Omaha, NE 68134
You may also bring these items to one of our walk-in registrations.
Walk-in Registration
If you are unable or do not wish to register
online, we have scheduled three walk-in registration sessions at St.
Elizabeth Ann Church Parish Center on 114th and Fort streets:
Tuesday, February 9, 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm
Saturday, February 13 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
Saturday, February 20, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
If you attend walk-in registration, please bring:
• A copy of the player’s birth certificate. There is no exception to
the birth certificate requirement for new players.
• Volunteer application(s) (if completed in advance).
• A driver’s license for adult family member(s) that will be
volunteering to be a manager, coach, or team parent. We will copy
the license as part of our mandatory background check.
• 2 checks:
one for registration and one for the refundable volunteer deposit
(post dated July 1, 2010). Your volunteer check will be returned
after you meet your volunteer obligation.
Late Registration
All registrations that are received by Keystone
Little League after February 28, 2010 will be assessed a $25 late
charge per family.
The
only exception to this will be high school players who are not
chosen for their high school teams. This late fee will be assessed
to walk-in and online registrations.
Registration Fees
Player fees for the 2010 season are listed below. The fees include
pop tickets (good for drinks from the concession stand), a team
picture, jersey and hat/visor.
There is no mandatory fundraiser at Keystone. At the beginning of
the season you will get a book of 25 raffle tickets per player that
you have the option of selling for $2 each. You keep the proceeds
from any tickets you sell, which could cut your registration cost by
up to $50 per player. If you prefer not to sell the tickets you can
simply put your name on them, giving you the chance to win one of
the raffle prizes.
As a 100 percent volunteer organization, the time you volunteer to
support your league is essential for a successful season. That is
why we require all families to provide a $100 volunteer deposit
check, post-dated July 1, 2010. Your check will be returned to you
after you provide your volunteer service.

Volunteer Application
Each Keystone family will be required to volunteer 8 hours of time
to ensure a successful season. A volunteer check will be collected
at registration; that check will be shredded when the volunteer
obligation has been fulfilled.
All local Little Leagues are required to conduct background checks
on managers, coaches, board of directors members and any other
persons, volunteers or hired workers, who provide regular service to
the league and/or have repetitive access to, or contact with,
players or teams. Individuals are also required to complete and
submit a Little League
Volunteer Application to their local league. This
application is included below as a PDF file. Keystone requires all
volunteer managers, coaches, and team parents to complete the
volunteer application.
After opening the volunteer application file, you can type your
information directly on the application in Adobe Acrobat before
printing it. Send the completed application(s) and a copy of a
driver’s license for family member(s) volunteering to be a manager,
coach, or team parent to Keystone as directed during online
registration checkout, or bring them with you to walk-in
registration.
