How Online Registration
Works
Returning families can click the link below to access their player
account from last season. Once logged in you can add or remove
players, update contact information, or proceed with registration.
New Keystone families will set up an account the first time they
login to this registration website. The username and password you
create will allow you to update your personal information throughout
the year, as well as speed up the registration process in future
seasons. After creating your account you can add contact information
for a second adult.
Registration Fees
& Volunteer Deposit ($100 Deposit Required Per Family)
Player fees for the 2012 season are listed below. The fees include
pop tickets (good for drinks from the concession stand), a team
picture, jersey and hat/visor, and a book of 25 raffle tickets. At
the beginning of the season you will get your book of raffle tickets
and you have the option of selling these for $2 each. Since the cost
of the tickets is included in your registration,
you keep the
proceeds from any tickets you sell, which could cut your
registration cost by up to $50 per player!! If you prefer not
to sell the tickets, you can simply put your own name on them,
giving you the chance to win one of our many great raffle prizes.

As a 100 percent volunteer organization, the time you volunteer to
support your league is essential for a successful season. Once your
family has completed 8 hours of volunteer service (it is a total of
8 hours per family (NOT per player), your check will be shredded.
Volunteer opportunities include coaching, concession stand
assistance, field and grounds, park maintenance, assistance with our
kick-off event and/or closing ceremonies, assistance with picture
and award distributions, Keystone gear tent sales, sponsorships, and
trade labor. Families may also elect to pay the $100 volunteer in
lieu of providing 8 hours of service.
**Players
will not be assigned to a team until the volunteer deposit check is
received. Even if you are volunteering to coach or manage a team,
we must have a check from each family!!
You may send your volunteer deposit check to the address below. You
may also bring your deposit check (along with your registration fee
if paying that by check) to one of our walk-in registrations.
Walk-in Registration will be held at St. Elizabeth Ann's Church on
the following dates: Saturday Feb 11th and Saturday Feb 25th from
9AM-1:30PM. For players in our draft-age leagues, you may bring

on managers, coaches, board of directors members and any other
persons, volunteers or hired workers, who provide regular service to
the league and/or have repetitive access to, or contact with,
players or teams. Individuals are also required to complete and
submit a
Little League Volunteer Application to their
local league. When registering online for these roles, the
requisite fields from the volunteer application can be provided via
our secure website. If you prefer to provide this information via a
paper format instead of through the online registration system, you

the volunteer application file, you can type your information
directly on the application in Adobe Acrobat before printing it.
