The Major Boys are State
Champions after defeating Kearney 6-1 July 26th. The boys were
undefeated (6-0) in district and state play and now advance to represent
Nebraska in the Little League Midwest Regional in Indianapolis.
Team members are Carson, Trevor, Ryan, Trevor, Austin, Avery, Michael,
Tyler, Kirby, Perry, Seth, McClaine, and Josh.
They are coached by Doug Goetzinger, Bruce Plath, and Brian Trevarrow.

8 year old All Star
Baseball Tournament
The 8 year old boys baseball team won the All Star
tourney at Benson this past summer by winning the
championship game 5-4. They scored 1 run in the bottom
of the 6th to win. Jonathan Sheehy pitched 5 innings
and only walked 1 batter in the game.

Softball
The Major Girls won State
Softball this past July beating Lincoln All Stars in the
Championship game. We then qualified for Regionals held
down in Joplin, MO August 1-5, 2006. We went 0-5
playing Ohio, Missouri, Kansas, Illinois and the World
Series Champs Michigan.

8/9-year-old All Stars
Two of our three 8/9 teams advanced to the final game of
the Grover Invitational Tournament. The Keystone Green
team won the tournament in an exciting final game over
Keystone Gray. Congratulations to all the Keystone
players.

Keystone 10s - Little League State Champions (Picture)
The Keystone 10s district team beat Kearney 8-3 to win the
Minor Boys
Little League State Tournament on Sunday. They were
undefeated in their
district and state tournaments, and won state by combined
scores of 36-4.
Between the 10s travel and district teams, Keystone
finished the season
with 12 straight tournament wins, a district championship,
and two state
championships (Little League and USSSA).
Two of our three 8/9 teams advanced to bracket play, and
the Keystone Green team finished second in the Grover
tourney.
The 10-year-old "A" team won the District tournament at
Benson.
