Closing Ceremonies

Keystone Closing Ceremonies - Thursday, June 21st

 

Keystone Closing Ceremonies will be Thursday, June 21st beginning at 8 p.m. Your coach will be providing your team with a meeting location prior to closing ceremonies (usually around 7:45 p.m.) for your team, so that you can head to the Closing Ceremonies as a team and as a Division.   You should be meeting at or around your "home playing field". 

This is the order that divisions will be called out to the field will be as follows:

Jr-Sr / Majors / Minor / Farm Softball

T-Ball / Coach pitch

Farm 7 / Farm 8 / Minors / Majors / 50-70 / 13-14 / 15-16 / 17-18 Baseball

Here is how the awards work:

T-Ball and Coach Pitch will each receive a trophy for participating.

Farm baseball and softball:

The team that wins the regular season will receive a first place medal the runner-up a second place medal.

The team that wins the in-house tournament will receive will receive a first place medal the runner-up a second place medal.

Minors, Majors and 50/70 baseball and softball:

The team that wins the regular season will receive a first place medal the runner-up a second place medal.

The team that wins the in-house tournament will receive a will receive a first place medal the runner-up a second place medal.

Once the ceremonies are over please feel free to take any additional pictures.  Then relax for the show.

Concession stand will be open before closing ceremonies and will close when the Fireworks begin. 

Parking is limited, please respect all parking signs; do not park where it indicates no parking - these must be open in case of need for emergency vehicles, please keep aisles and exits open, please be respectful when parking in the neighborhood and if able consider carpooling.  Cars that park in no parking areas or block exits could be towed at owner's expense.

Please remember to check the weather line, email, Facebook and/or Twitter account before heading to the Fields. 

Keystone Little League normally will cancel practice or games by 4 p.m. the day of.  However, situational cancellations may occur if weather, field conditions or other factors make it necessary for immediate notice.   

Pet-Free/Animal Free Complex

As of 6/18/18 - Keystone Little League has become a pet-free/dog-free environment.  

Individuals who bring animals/dogs to the complex will be asked to leave with their pets.  

Your help is greatly appreciated for the safety of the our animal friends, players and families.

Keystone Little League is looking for dedicated and involved individuals to join the Keystone Little League Board.

Refund Policy

Full Refund 100% if requested prior to March 1st.  

Partial Refund Given (Less $50.00 Administrative Fee) if requested beginning March 1st and prior to opening day, refunds will be given minus the Administrative fee of $50.00  (this is a $40.00 Admin fee, the $10.00 Safety and Field Fee).  Late Fees are non-refundable.

No Refunds:  After opening day, no refunds will be given. 

Medical Exception Considerations should be sent to the President for review at president@keystonelittleleague.com


NEW BASEBALL BAT STANDARDS FOR 2018

Safety and Maintenance Fee

Keystone Little League has always considered the safety of our athletes a serious matter.  As a precautionary effort, Keystone has expanded upon its longtime background check policy for coaches. This fee will help offset the additional expenses incurred in the effort of safeguarding & continuing to provide a safe & fun environment for our athletes.
